Gemstone Grading
At Otter Spirit, we use a simple grading system:
- AAA Grade – Our highest grade. These stones are nearly flawless, with deep, vibrant color and little to no visible inclusions.
- AA Grade – Excellent quality gemstones with great color, very few inclusions and some slight variation in hue.
- A Grade – Good quality stones that may show some visible inclusions and subtle color differences between beads.

When I bought my first bracelet "Citrine" I already knew it wouldn’t be my last. My older daughter loved it so much that I got her one too, "Zebra Jasper," and before the week was even over, I found myself purchasing a second bracelet, "Tiger Eye." My daughter followed right behind me and bought her second one, "Obsidian." Just today she asked me to send her the photos of the pieces I had picked out for her because yes, she’s ready for bracelet number three. I absolutely love the Earthy “neutral” tones of the zebra Jasper bracelet; I can definitely see why it would be used for balance. Not only do I feel that it’s been helping me to stay balanced, but I also feel that it’s been helping to facilitate balance within my root and solar plexus chakra!
I loved it and the other bracelet I also bought. But, I ordered a Rhodonite bracelet Monday, September 14. My order #41374.It has been 11 days and still no bracelet. Please let me know what the problem is. The other 2 bracelets came within 5 days. I have been given so many dates as to when it will be here . I want the bracelet or my money back.
