If you wish to return or exchange your bracelets, please contact us with a detailed message and we will help you through the return process, which is of course, free of charge.

What is the return process like?

Once you've contacted us, we will create a return label for your convenience. All you need to do is print the label, attach it to the box you're returning, and drop it off at your post office. That's it!

When will I get my money refunded?

Your order will automatically be refunded once the products you've returned reach our warehouse. Know that a return fee of $4.99 will be applied for every returns.

Please note: exchanges are possible within 30 days of purchase for products in perfect condition.

Custom-made bracelets are non-refundable. Exchanges may be possible depending on the circumstances.

Normally, the tracking link is created after your order has been processed by our warehouse. It then should be easily found under the "View your order" button in the order confirmation email.

After you click the "View your order" button highlighted in the picture, you will have access to your tracking link.

We're sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived when you hoped it would have.

When orders are placed on Fridays, or during the weekends, they sometimes take a little while longer to process, due to order build-up.

When it comes to international shipping, delays occasionally occur, since there are more moving parts involved, such as customs and different postal services handling deliveries once abroad.

After you place your order, it takes us 24 to 48 hours to pack and get it ready to ship.

Packages are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after the ship date for U.S.orders. 

For International orders, it takes 11-14 business days after the package ships.

Delivery times on free shipping options are based on estimates and are not guaranteed.

We take pride in the superior quality of our gemstones, with over 80% being ranked Grade AAA or higher. No gem ever falls below Grade A.

To ensure your gemstones could last you a lifetime, we recommend the following:

Gently clean your bracelets daily, with a clean microfiber cloth.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, and water.

How do I add myself to a waitlist for products that are out of stock?

If an item you're interested in is currently out of stock, you can easily add yourself to a waitlist. This feature is available for products that are expected to return soon.

To join a waitlist, simply visit the product page of the sold-out item and click the "Notify Me When Available" button. 

Once the product is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that it's available for purchase again.

The bracelets I ordered don't fit my wrists.

If the bracelets you ordered are too small, or too large for your wrists, don't worry! 

You can still get the positive benefits of the gemstones just by putting them under your pillow or keeping them nearby, such as in your pocket, or on your desk while you work.

What if I want to exchange them for the correct size?

In that case, all you have to do is contact us, and we will take care of the rest🦦 💖
