L fits wrists between 7" and 7.9".
XL fits wrists between 7.9" and 8.8".

Go with the larger one.

Gemstone Grading
At Otter Spirit, we use a simple grading system:
AAA Grade – Our highest grade. These stones are nearly flawless, with deep, vibrant color and little to no visible inclusions.
AA Grade – Excellent quality gemstones with great color, very few inclusions and some slight variation in hue.
A Grade – Good quality stones that may show some visible inclusions and subtle color differences between beads.

This Aquamarine bracelet has been a true gem in my toolbox. I make sure to wear it for every reading. I have noticed my throat charka has been cleared up from the day I started using it.
