At Otter Spirit, we use a simple grading system:
- AAA Grade – Our highest grade. These stones are nearly flawless, with deep, vibrant color and little to no visible inclusions.
- AA Grade – Excellent quality gemstones with great color, very few inclusions and some slight variation in hue.
- A Grade – Good quality stones that may show some visible inclusions and subtle color differences between beads.

I absolutely love the turquoise and citrine bracelets I got. They come in cute boxes and bags to keep your bracelets in!! My only issue was the mail service was ridiculous though it was no fault of the company. It took a total of 2 weeks from the time the order was placed til I received it.
