L fits wrists between 7" and 7.9".
XL fits wrists between 7.9" and 8.8".

Go with the larger one.

At Otter Spirit, we use a simple grading system:
AAA Grade – Our highest grade. These stones are nearly flawless, with deep, vibrant color and little to no visible inclusions.
AA Grade – Excellent quality gemstones with great color, very few inclusions and some slight variation in hue.
A Grade – Good quality stones that may show some visible inclusions and subtle color differences between beads.

love this set of moonstone, aquamarine, and rose quartz - shipped and arrived quickly with nice quality packaging and lovely cards to explain the benefits of each stone.
Love these so much! The small is verrry small though and I have tiny wrists. I have to take all the links out on every watch. The bracelet is tight enough to be slightly uncomfortable on my wrist which is like 4.5in. It leaves imprints. Otherwise love the look of them and quality.

I purchased the Libra pack. Each bracelet is beautiful worn by itself or all 3 together. They came boxed individually with note cards for each gemstone. The bracelets are nice quality and are as pictured. The bracelets would make a great gift too!
