- AAA Grade – Our highest grade. These stones are nearly flawless, with deep, vibrant color and little to no visible inclusions.
- AA Grade – Excellent quality gemstones with great color, very few inclusions and some slight variation in hue.
- A Grade – Good quality stones that may show some visible inclusions and subtle color differences between beads.

I love how beautiful the stones are! Not everyone carries the golden tiger eye so I’m glad I found them at the Otter Spirit! I made a mistake by not following the instructions how to measure my wrist, but the customer service was super nice to get me the right size. I highly recommended this bracelet! And use a string to determine your size as instructed, and not just a measuring tape.

It’s a beautiful necklace and exactly what I wanted! I unfortunately rated 3 stars only because I found it breaks my hair due to the way it’s made. The beads clasp onto my hair in the back and that might be due to the fact that the beads all touch and rub against one another. My plan was to wear it every day for fashion, but I may never wear it, or only wear it rarely now due to the fact I have lost so much hair after just one use. I hate to give a low review, as the necklace is stunning, but unfortunately it just won’t fit my needs.

Love the gems. Bought 4 "L" bracelets at the same time and 2 felt like a "M", this being one of them and the other 2 were too big. Going to buy a "M" next time.
